Name:  Eclipse (Navy Issue Arbiter)

Owner: The Eclipse belongs to Pilot Karen Yarra of the Leverian Legionairee.

Manufacturer: The ship was built by the Leverian Republic Aerospace Navy Branch (LRANB) and supplied to the Leverian Legionairee as a multi-purpose Vessel.

Materials: Heavy Tungsten infused Carbon Plating over a thin stainless steel layer

Length: 536 Meters

Rarity: The Arbiter class is mass produced, but the Eclipse was a custom made Arbiter for Karen


Grades

Weapons: 5, the weapons on the Eclipse's cannons are high powered Rail Cannons that use charges to fire high powered bolts at targets, They are powerful, but they are prone to over heating, they can be knocked out of calibration due to the knock back of the cannons.

Armour: 8.5 The Eclipse's Armor is very tough, being made of a Carbon Titanium fusion makes for a very strong defense that can take alot of damage, about 7,500 damage points which is equivalent to 5,500 Tank caliber sized shots. This can rise and fall with the amount of armor altering, layering, and all matter of different types of implants.

Shields: 7.5 The sheilds have a whopping 45% of all energy, this can be rerouted too and from but the sheild integrity will falter the less power it has aswell as the implants fitted to the ship.

Speed: 3.5 Due to the weight and size of the ship the ship is very slow in movement but when fitted with a number of implants, the ship can go faster then its weight alone allows it, but not much.

Maneuvers: 2.5 The Eclipse cannot preform quick maneuvers or turns because, again, the weight of the ship.


Notable Equipment

Several 'implants' or performance improving modules, are equipped to this ship to improve its capabilities in Combat and other tasks. Some include

×2 Limited Thermal Regulators
×2 Medium Sheild Extenders (Increased sheild integrity at the expense of Core power)

×3 Energized Armor Layering (energized armor to soften the blows of energy shots aswell as kenetic)
×1 1600mm Tungsten carbide plates  (Increased armor at expense of speed and Core stability)
×1 Emergency Damage Control Unit  (Unit used in an emergency to use almost all available power on repairing ship integrity)
×2 Nanite Armor Repairers (used to repair armor after a fight to avoid returning to a base in the middle of a mission.)

Description
The Eclipse is a very strong ship, but slow. It resembles a Vexor (Vexor from EvE online) and is a force to be reckoned with alone and in a fleet. The Eclipse (Arbiters in general) can be taken down if they are swarmed, or attacked by a bigger ship. The Arbiters are good for clearing out small outposts and the occasional Battle ship, but are used as support vessels in fleets as well as carriers for smaller ships. Crew can be flexible when it comes to Leverians, but when the time comes in a fleet, its better to have a crew of 15 maximum. But when going against a small outpost or a small scale battle, its better to have a singular pilot.
